Since 1998
In 1998, the principals of Keystone General Insurance Agency, Southwest Assurance Group and the Searcy & Daiker Agency came together to form K & S Group, Inc. The goal was to form an agency that would enable the members to improve the services offered to our clients, provide better marketing accessibility to our producers, gain efficiencies and cost reduction within the agencies and satisfy the needs of our carriers.
K & S Group has grown since inception by internal growth as well as by adding new member agencies. The group now has 14 member agencies in strategic cities around Texas handling over $250,000,000 in annual premiums.
Although we do serve the needs of a diverse list of clients, we have significant expertise in the construction and oil & gas industry. The construction segment generates an estimated 75% of our business. We also handle the surety needs of our contractor clientele. Through our member agencies we also write personal lines, life, health and employee benefits.
Our K & S Group staff includes the Loss Control/Risk Management division, available to our member agencies and clients to meet their specific safety needs.
